What to do when the Smartboard doesn't respond
When that happens, I usually unplug the Smartboard and then plug it back in. There should be a wire in the back of your computer tower that connects to the Smartboard. Unplug it and then connect it again. That usually solves the problem.

A question I received by e-mail:
For some reason there are times when I am unable to use the touch recognition feature on the SMART board. When that happens it will not respond to my touch at all. I can see what is on my computer on the SMART board, but I can only manipulate it using my mouse on my desktop. Any ideas?
