When that happens it will not respond to my touch at all.  I can see what is on my computer on the SMART board, but I can only manipulate it using my mouse on my desktop.  Any ideas?","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[{"id":"26645667","body":"When that happens, I usually unplug the Smartboard and then plug it back in. There should be a wire in the back of your computer tower that connects to the Smartboard. Unplug it and then connect it again.
